I think all of this is creating a compounding effect on your sleep. Yes, the pink noise is undoubtedly helping, but since you’re also now working out more, your sleep is earned. Your body is physically expending your stress hormones, so the energy that it would usually spend on letting your mind wander is no longer there, this you fall asleep faster. In turn, you’re more energized because of both sleep quality and exercise. Just thoughts!
